Chester Country Yoga Classes For Seniors

Judith Beaulieu, RN BSN MIS CHC RYI HTCP, has owned and operated a non-profit Health Coaching and Yoga Studio in Chester County, Pennsylvania since 2013.  Most of the clients who took the Yoga Classes were over 50 and successfully managed health issues using Yoga as their go-to physical activity. Judith has now contracted with schools of nursing, hospitals, retirement communities and senior organizations to provide Yoga classes with special emphasis on helping senior citizens. Her unique approach to yoga
focuses on building bone mass to alleviate osteoporosis, the increase stability, and to
relieve joint stiffness due to arthritis.

Judith strongly believes that yoga will help improve senior citizens’ quality of life.
