Beaulieu Yoga Classes are taught by a nurse with over a decade teaching Yoga to the 50 and older population. The body requires focusing on poses that benefit alignment, balance and movement as we age. The use of blocks, bolsters, yoga straps and blankets provide the body with support and deep muscle release necessary to restore the body and increase connecting the energy centers known as Chakras.
